Tautologic begins work on next album...
My rock band Tautologic began recording an ambitious new studio album in early 2025 with Grammy-nominated producer Rick Barnes. We have recorded basic tracks for 12 songs so far. Recording will continue into 2026 for what is currently planned to be a double album. In addition to new songs, the band is re-working old favorites and rarities.
Tautologic's 2021 album Wheels Fall Off received great reviews and airplay and was funded in part by an Illinois Arts Council grant from their Individual Artist Support program.

Character Fleadh gigs
My Irish/Scottish folk band Character Fleadh will perform at Mrs. Murphy's on May 31 and November 1, Chicago Scottish Festival and Highland Games (June 13 and 14), Allerton Center (Monticello, IL) August 1st, and Illinois State Fair (Springfield, IL) on August 12.

Logical Fleadh album
My progressive Celtic/Irish/Scottish album Logical Fleadh has received international airplay, featured renowned guest artists, and received funding from both the Illinois Arts Council AND the City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE).

Bourbon Aristocracy
My bluegrass band Bourbon Aristocracy will perform July 6th at First Presbyterian Church of Libertyville, Elmhurst History Museum on July 13th, Cudahy Family Library on August 26th, Lombard Historical Society on September 6th, and Alsip-Merrionette Park Public Library on October 3rd.

Debut Solo Single - She
My debut solo single, "She" released on Bandcamp, with an accompanying video by AM Creative Media. My label Turtle Down Music will donate 50% of sales to Alliance for the Great Lakes until April 30, 2026.

Le Travaillant EP
My Cajun/zydeco band Le Travaillant released its debut EP, Gumbo De Mon Pere on Turtle Down Music at the beginning of 2024. It is already receiving airplay nationally on Folk and Louisiana specialty radio shows and stations.
